  • Lebanon- 1

• ­Cost between AUD 1000 - 1500 each

• ­Workers receive minimum pay from the bakeries

• ­Profits from selling bread and cakes are used to keep the bakeries running continuously

• ­30-50 % of bread is given to impoverished families.
